| Booking Policy |
A $50 deposit is required 2 weeks prior to the booking date. Payment can be made via cheque or direct deposit. Balance to be paid on or before the booking date. |
| Bookings made at short notice (under the two week deposit date) require an immediate deposit payment to secure the booking date. |
| Deposits are subject to the Cancellation Policy below. |
| Bad Weather Policy |
We do not cancel due to bad weather, see Cancellation Policy below. |
| Cancellation Policy |
If cancellation takes place less than 24 hours prior to the booking date 100% of the booking deposit will be forfeited. |
| Cancellations more than 24 hours prior to the booking date will receive a full refund. |

All booking distances are measured from the Central Business District (CBD). Bookings within a 30km radius of the CBD will incur no travel surcharge.
For parties we prefer not to travel past 70km from the CBD.
NSW Central Coast CBD is Gosford. |
| Hourly rates |
A minimum party booking of $140 is payable. This remains regardless if there is less than1 hour work booked. After the first hour is completed charges are then calculated in half hour increments regardless of what percentage of that half hour has been worked. |
| Change in booking details |
A reduction in the length of a booking must be announced more than 24 hours prior to booking date or pre-confirmed length of booking will be charged for.
An increase of booking length should be amended as soon and possible however negotiations on the day are acceptable. |
