| Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy |
Cancellation of booking less than 24 hours prior to the booking date, 50% of the total booking is payable. |
| Rescheduling a booking less than 24 hours prior to the booking date, 20% of the total booking is payable. |
| Cancellation of booking less than 1 week prior to the booking date, 20% of the total booking is payable. |
| Rescheduling of booking less than1 week prior to the booking date will incur no cost. |
| Cancelling or rescheduling a booking more than 1 week prior to a booking date will incur no cost. |

All booking distances are measured from the Central Business District (CBD). Bookings within a 30km radius of the CBD will incur no travel surcharge.
